The study aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work involvement, and workload on employee performance. The independent variables in the study were organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work involvement, and workload. At the same time, dependent variable inthis study was employee performance.The data collection technique used was saturated sampling abtained 118 respondents. The data collection technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the study showed that organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the result of this study also showed that organizational citizenship behavior, work involvement, and workload simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of employee in the cilacap district public works and spatial planning office.
