Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job involvement
and procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT
Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The sample used in this study were 114
employees of the Production Department selected using incidental sampling
technique. F test, t test, and adjusted R-square were employed to analyze the
data.
The results of this study, based on the F test, stated that job satisfaction,
job involvement and procedural justice have a significant effect on
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the t test; (a) job
satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB. (b) work involvement has an effect
on OCB. (c) procedural justice has no effect on OCB. Based on the coefficient of
determination, it showed that the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction, work
involvement and procedural justice on OCB is 26%, and the remaining 74% are
influenced by variables outside the research model.
