Teacher performance is the result of the quality and quantity achieved by teachers
in order to carry out tasks in accordance with the authority and responsibility in order to
achieve organizational goals. The first factor that impacts teacher performance is
teacher work motivation. The second factor that impacts teacher performance is teacher
discipline. The purpose of this study is to know, understand and analyze: (1) The Impact
of Work Motivation on the Performance of TK Teachers in Banjarnegara Regency (2)
The Impact of Teacher Discipline on the Performance of State TK Teachers in
Banjarnegara Regency. (3) Impact of Work Motivation and Teacher Discipline together
on teacher performance. This research is an ex-post facto research with quantitative
methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this study
is all teachers of TK in Banjarnegara Regency. The sampling technique used is
proportional random sampling with a sample size of 12 teachers. The results show (1)
Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in
Banjarnegara Regency. (2) Teacher discipline is influential and significant on the
performance of kindergarten teachers in Banjarnegara Regency. (3) Work Motivation
and Teacher Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of
teachers in Banjarnegara regency, that is, when the Work Motivation and Discipline of
teachers is high or increased then the performance of teachers obtained will increase.
