The purpose of this study aims to analyze and explain the effect of transactional leadership, work motivation, and work environment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Department of Transportation Banyumas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. This study uses a questionnaire with the number of respondents 135 employees of Department of Transportation Banyumas Regency. Data analysis uses validity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results, it shows that transactional leadership, work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transactional leadership and work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
