The purpose of this reserach was to determined the effect of self efficacy, job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. The sample of this research is all employees of Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto amounting to 126 employees using saturated sampling technique and data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The research method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable self efficacy, job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The partial analysis test results show that self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
