Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer value, product quality and trust on consumer satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were college students in Purwokerto. The technique of determining the sample in this study is to use purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain criteria. The sample used in this study was 110 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously and partially customer value, product quality and trust have an effect on consumer satisfaction. The amount of customer value, product quality and trust in customer satisfaction is 46%.
