The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, affective commitment, and organizational climate variables on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. This study took the subject at PT. Pelita Satria Perkasa Depo Pelita Sokaraja. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis indicate that the variable emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, affective commitment has no significant effect on employee performance, and organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the emotional intelligence variables that most influence the performance of employees of PT. Pelita Satria Perkasa Depo Pelita Sokaraja.
