Abstract

This study ains to analyze and explain the influence of transformational leadership styles, organizational commitments, and job satisfication of employee performance on PD. Owabong Purbalingga. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses sample random sampling. This study distributes questionnaires with a population of 250 and 165 respondents samples to employees PD. Owabong Purbalingga. Data analysis uses multiple linier regression test and t test. Based on the result of study showed that transformational leadership styles had a significant effect on employee performancee. While the organizational commitments and job satisfication has no significant effect on employee performance.
