Abstract

The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing 105 questionnaires with a purposive sampling technique. The object of research is a member of the police at Polresta who has experienced a promotion. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially training and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers. Meanwhile, promotion has no significant positive effect on the performance of police officers. Furthermore, simultaneously, training, promotion and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of police officers.
