Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training, rewards, work discipline, and work environment on
the performance of employees of PT. Sansan Saudaratex, Banyumas Regency. The population in this
study were employees, totaling 176 employees using the nonprobability sampling technique. The
analysis used in this study is the F test, t test, and adjusted R2. The results of this study
state that
training, introduction, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, job training has no and significant effect on
employee
performance, therapy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has
no and significant significant effect on
employee R2 test, it shows that the influence of
training, ethics, work discipline and work environment on employee performance is 9.7%,
while the
remaining 90.3% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
