Abstract
This study aimed to find out the effect of giving concentration of liquid organic fertilizer of vegetable waste, Urea fertilizer dosage, and concentration interaction of liquid organic fertilizer of vegetable waste and dose of Urea
fertilizer on pakcoy plants. This research was conducted from January to April 2019, located at the Green House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
The study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatment factors. The first factor is the concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) of vegetable waste consisting of five levels, namely the concentration of 0 ml / l (P0), 5 ml / l (P1), 7.5 ml / l (P2), 10 ml / l (P3) , and 12.5 ml / l (P4) which were applied four times, namely one day before planting, 7 days after planting (HST), 14 days after planting (HST), and 21 days after planting (HST). While the second factor is the dose of urea consisting of five levels, namely the dose of 0 kg/ ha (U0), 50 kg / ha (U1), 100 kg / ha (U2), 150 kg / ha (U3), and 200 kg / ha (U4) given once in 7 days after planting.
The results showed the treatment of urea dose significantly affected the variable number of leaves of 35 HST, top stover fresh weight, and top stover dry weight, but no significant effect on plant height, leaf area, fresh root weight, and dry root weight. POC concentration treatment had no significant effect on plant height, leaf number, leaf area, fresh stover top weight, dry stover top weight, fresh root weight, and dry root weight. The treatment between POC concentration and Urea dose did not have a significant interaction.
