This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, research and development intensity, and moderation on the company’s financial performance. The data used in this study are secondary data from annual financial reports listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2016. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique and the result are 81 data. The result showed that intellectual capital have a positive effect on the company’s financial performance. Research and development intensity and moderation have no effect on the company’s financial performance.
