This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. Independent variables in this study are transformational leadership, motivation and discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Objects in this study are the employees of PDAM Tirta Satria Purwokerto. Data collection technique which used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis technique which was used is in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis showed that transformational leadership has no partially a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Discipline has partially significant effect on employee performance.
