This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, ativa structure, and sales
growth on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in
manufacturing companies. The result of data analysis by using two-stage regression
analysis shows profitability have negative effect to capital structure, asset structure
have positive effect to capital structure, sales growth have positive effect to capital
structure, profitability have positive effect to stock price, asset structure have positive
effect to share price, have a positive effect on stock prices, capital structure has a
negative effect on stock prices, capital structure can mediate the relationship of
profitability to stock prices, capital structure can mediate the relationship of asset
structure to stock prices, capital structure can mediate the relationship of sales
growth to stock prices.
