Abstract
This research entitled the influence of Integrated Marketing Communication (motivation, perception, and attitude) toward decision of the railway tickets purchase. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of motivation, perception and attitude. Against the purchase decision of departure train tickets from Purwokerto station. The subject of this research is consumer of railway service user who perform departure from Purwokerto railway station. Data collection technique is purposive sampling by using 103 respondent sample. Test Instruments used validity test, reliability, all items statements are valid and reliable, otherwise free of classical assumption test. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test and independent test of t-test. The result of the analysis shows that the variables of motivation, perception and attitude simultaneously and partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decision. The results show that there is no difference in purchasing decision of train tickets online and offline that do depart from Purwokerto railway station. The most dominant variable of influence is consumer perception, it is recommended for the management of Purwokerto railway station management to maintain the commitment and trust of the consumer in terms of schedule accuracy and departure time, this will increase consumer purchase decision to continue to buy train tickets and doing departures from Purwokerto station.
