The company has a long-term goals there’s to maximize properity of
shareholders. Maximizing shareholder can be achieved by maximizing the
present value. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of capital
structure, activa structure, corporate growth, the size of company, and
profitability to the value of the company in the stock exchange of Indonesia
2011-2016. The population of this research is the food and beverage industry
listed on the stock exchabged of Indonesia 2011-2016. The method of
determining samples of purposive sampling method with some predetermined
criteria then the number of samples is 13 food and beverage companies. This
research is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Capital Directory (ICMD)
2011-2016. The analysis data technique in this research is “Analisis Regresi
Linear Berganda” . the result of this research showed that 1) the capital
structure has a positively significant effect at firm value 2) activa structure is a
positively significant at fiirm value 3) the company growth is positively
significant at firm value 4) the size of company is positively significant at firm
value 5) provitability is positively significant at firm value.
