This study aimed to determine the effects of transformational leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used in this research by partial test (t test) showed that work environment and work motivation significant affected on employee performance. The transformational leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance. The result of the reaserch using simultaneous test (F test) together shows that the transformational leadership style work environment, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
