This research aims to provide empirical evidence the effect of intellectual capital,
firm charateristics (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and growth
opportunity), investment decision, financial decision and dividend policy to firm
value. The sample used was companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during
2012 to 2016. This stufy used purposive sampling to decide the sample with the
total sample were 70 samples. The methods of data analysis were multiple linier
regressions. The result of the research shows that intellectual capital, financial
decision and dividend policy no negatively affects to the firm value. Managerial
ownership, institutional ownership, growth opportunity and investment decision
positively affect to the firm value.
