Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work
discipline both partially and simultaneously on the employee performance PT.
Slamet Langgeng Purbalingga. This samples of this study are determinated using
the Slovin formula, the sampel used by 172 respondents with incidental sampling
technique and while data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of this study shows that partially there is a significant influence
between leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance.
There is a significant influence between leadership, motivation, and work
discipline collectively on employee performance.
