Abstract
This study aimed to figure out the effect of motivation, work invorentment and job
satisfaction toward employees performance in PT. Telecommunication Indonesia
purwokerto branch office. Research questionnaire had been tested using analysis
test of validity, reliability, normality and heteroscedasticity. Based on regression
analysis of T test and F test, it obtained that motivation, work invorentment, and
job satisfaction partially had significant effect on the employees performance in
PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Purwokerto branch office. The motivation,
work invorentment and job satisfaction affected simultaneously on the employees'
performance in PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Purwokerto branck office.
