Abstract

The mode of transportation in use by people that have a good level of comfort and
security was railway transportation mode. Kamandaka Railway it was a product of
PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with service Purwokerto-Semarang and it was
a train with a fairly new route. The purpose of this study was to determine the
level of passenger satisfaction on Kamandaka Railway service economy class.
This research method using servqual method with indicator in the form of five
dimension that is : tangiable, empathy, assurance, relibility, responsiveness. The
scale used in this research was the likert scale. Based on the results of the analysis
could be concluded that the service performance of Kamandaka Railway has been
satisfactory with the average value (4,0894), wheareas the expectations of
passengers average rating was (4,5844), than the gap negative (0.5), which means
that Kamandaka Railway service was not in line with the expectations.
