The research’s aims is to examine the impact of company’s scale,
liquidation, media exposure, and profitability toward the disclosure of
environmental information.
The research’s sample was mining company in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
in 2009 to 2013. Purposive sampling was as sampling technique through 65
observations. Analysis technique was by Double linear regression to examine
Hypothesis.
The research showed that thre was positive impact on company’s scale
toward the disclosure of environmental information. Also on liquidation and
media’s exposure, there positive impact toward the disclosure of environmental
information, but it was not for profitability that there was not positif impact
toward the disclosure of environmental information
