Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job stress, leadership and motivation on the performance of nurse at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is accidental sampling ie sampling technique based on chance, that anyone who by chance / accidental meeting with investigators can be used as a sample, if it is deemed the accident was found suitable as a data source. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05.
The results of this study concluded that organizational culture is partially affect the performance of nurses, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Work stress partially the performance of nurses, with significant value of 0.008 is less than 0.05. Leadership partially affect the performance of nurses, with a significant value of 0.036 is less than 0.05. Motivation partially affect the performance of nurses, with a significant value of 0.041 is less than 0.05. Organizational culture, job stress, leadership and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of nurses, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.
Advice for leaders of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong should make a comfortable space for the employee to get a good rest so nurses can reduce job stress, in addition it can also be held picnics, lectures, outbound and others. Held ESQ training and leadership training for all nurses that nurses have a high leadership and reduce stress individuals. Conduct job analysis to be more attractive jobs for nurses.
