Dipiridamol is coroner vasodilator drug which insoluble in the water so it absorption would influenced by rate to dissolving thus need some effort to increasing dissolution with solid disperse technique. The aim of this research was to increase dipiridamol dissolution to solid disperse formation by PolivinilPirolidon (PVP). The method was to use melting-solvent method. Solid disperse is made for 5 formulas. Degree of drug in one formula is 10% while degreee of substances bearer is 90%, with ratio bearer PVP are : 100:00, 90:10, 75:25, 50:50, 25:75. Test of dissolution is conducted using basket method and obtained in increasing dipiridamol dissolution from one formula to five formula are: 21,65%, 47,27%, 75,36%, 78,72% and 78,77%. The result of one way Analysis showed in DE30 is obtained difference of value significantly. Interaction between dipiridamol – Polivinilpirolidon showed that there was spectra shift of the result from infra red test.
