This research aimed to analyze the effect of service quality, institution image and cost simultaneously toward the Economic Student‟s satisfaction in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
This was a survey research which used questionnaire as the data collection method with 71 students as the sample in this research. The data analyses used were multiple regression analysis, t test and F test.
The results of this research showed that there was no significant effect of service quality toward the students satisfaction (p value: 0,084>0,005), there was no significant effect of image toward the students satisfaction (p value: 0,253>0,005), but there was significant effect of image toward the students satisfaction (p value: 0,000>0,005), and there was significant effect of service quality, image, and cost simultaneously toward the students satisfaction (p value: 0,000>0,005).
