This research is representing descriptive qualitative research. This study focuses on grammatical cohesion and lexical cohesion in the discourse that make up the integrity of the discourse. The data under study is a description of the exiting discourse on Serial Book of House of Ideas: 20 Inspirative Designs of House to Grow up. The book consists of 21 discourses and classification data contained in the data 298.
The study covers aspects of grammatical and lexical aspects. Grammatical aspects include reference, substitutions, ellipsis, and conjunctions. Lexical aspects include repetition, synonym, antonym, collocation, equivalence, and hyponym.
