This study, entitled “The Ability Writing Review Sukses Budi Daya Jambu
BIji In Class IX Putra Harapan Boarding School Junior High School 2014”. The
purpose of this study was to determine the ability and know the level of achievement
Writing Review Sukses Budi Daya Jambu Biji in class IX Putra Harapan Boarding
School Junior High School Purwokerto.
The data of research is the result of riview made by students. Data sources
were students of class IX amounted to 22 students consisting of 13 boys and 9 girls.
Collecting data in this study is donr by testing, which formed about to make a
review.from the results of these tests, then analyzed by quantitative descriptive
analysis technique. Write a review assessment criteria consist of nine aspects:
understanding the contens of the book the accuracy of the book the appointment
details, synopsis writing precision, accuracy assessment books, the meaningfulness of
the whole text, word accuracy, precision of sentences, punctuation and capitalization.
Based on the analysis, found and average score of the students in understanding
aspects of the appointment of achieving a score af 4 with excellent category (A).
Accuracy of writing a synopsis of 1,6, the overall significance of writing a synopsis of
1,6, the overall significance of writing reaches 3,1, the aspect of the sentence accuracy
reaches 3,1, the aspect punctuation average score of 3,3, aspect of the use of capital
letters mean score of 2,5. The results showed that ability of the student‟s knowledge of
books writing reviewi class IX Boarding School Putra Harapan Junior High School
Purwokerto is sufficient (C). This is evidenced by calculating the average value. It is
known that the average value obtained writing review skill is 71. The minimum
completeness criteria Indonesian lessons in SMP Boarding School Putra Harapan is
75, while the average value of students only reach 71. This value is not met the
minimum criteria for completeness (KKM). While the level of the category writing
review also sufficient (C). Most aspects mastered by students is the aspect of writing
the book details and aspects that students are poorly understood aspect of writing a
snynopsis.
