Abstract

This final assignment aims to determine the effectiveness of employee spending at the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Employee spending is a vital component that absorbs quite a large budget compared to other spending. However, personnel expenditures that have been reported to the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Service are in accordance with applicable procedures and are included in the effective category so that all activities that have been designed can run well. To obtain the data needed in preparing this final assignment, the author used data collection methods which include primary data which includes interviews and observations, secondary data which includes documentation and literature study. Based on the results of observations, it can be concluded that personnel expenditure at the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Service for the 2022 Fiscal Year is in the Effective category.
