Usability refers to the ease with which users can use a website or application to
achieve their intended goals efficiently. It significantly impacts user interaction
with the system, encompassing behavior, effectiveness, flexibility, security, and
ease of use. DANA is a digital wallet (e-wallet) application that simplifies user
transactions by eliminating the need to carry large amounts of cash. This study
assessed the DANA application's usability level using the System Usability Scale
(SUS) method. The usability analysis of the DANA application resulted in a SUS
score of 63.48%, indicating that the application could be categorized as
"Acceptable" or widely acceptable to users. With a grade of C and classified
within the "OK" quality range, DANA was considered a reasonably suitable ewallet
application for conducting transactions. The survey results suggested the
application was easy to use, with user-friendly buttons, menus, and features.
According to respondents, DANA was well-suited for a broad audience due to its
easy-to-understand design. Most users reported feeling comfortable and satisfied
with the features of the DANA application, citing its accessibility, ease of use, and
functionality.
