Abstract

Information systems support various activities, with technological advancements playing a key role in facilitating adaptation across various fields, including educational institutions. Measuring information systems is crucial to evaluating their effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction for users. This study aims to assess user satisfaction with the Mobile QR Code Attendance Application at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP). This quantitative study employed a questionnaire adapted from the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure subjective user satisfaction. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire application. The questionnaire application was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Based on the data processed through the questionnaire application, the results show that the UMP Mobile QR Code Attendance Application achieved a user satisfaction score of 65, as measured by user perspectives tives based on responses from 100 participants. This score falls within the middle range of the Acceptability Ranges, indicating that the application is moderately acceptable overall. On the Grade Scale, the score corresponds to a grade of D, and the Adjective Rating level is "OK." These results suggest that the UMP Mobile QR Code Attendance Application still requires some improvements in its funcionality. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for system developers to enhance the effectiveness of the mobile attendance application.
