Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of taste, service quality, menu
variations on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan. This research uses a
questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected used accidental
sampling. Based on the criteria, 107 respondents were obtained. This research uses
the SPSS test tool, with the research methods used, namely validity test, reliability
test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination (R2), F test, and t test. The research results show that taste has no
effect on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan. Service quality influences customer
satisfaction at Mie Gacoan. Menu variations influence customer satisfaction at Mie
Gacoan.
