This study aims to assess the profile of tappers who received the Clean Kitchen
Assistance from KUB Central Agro Lestari, evaluate the role of KUB Central Agro
Lestari in improving the welfare of its supported tappers, and analyze the effectiveness
of the Clean Kitchen assistance program for these tappers. The research employed a
descriptive case study approach with both qualitative and quantitative methods,
utilizing Likert scales and interval scores.
The results show that all 33 recipients of the Clean Kitchen Program in KUB
Central Agro Lestari, Bumisari Village, are male. Most are between 41 and 50 years
old, have low education levels (mostly primary school graduates), and have over 21
years of farming experience. Their main occupation is tapping, with no side jobs. Most
have been members of KUB Central Agro Lestari for 7-10 years, with the majority
renting their trees and producing an average of 7-10 kg daily. The organization (KUB
Central Agro Lestari) significantly enhances human resources and business
development for the supported tappers. The effectiveness of the Clean Kitchen
Assistance Program for the supported tappers of KUB Central Agro Lestari was
measured using three indicators: program success, target success, and satisfaction
with the program. The total score was 2,049, placing it in the "very effective" category.
