This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Work
Environment, Work Discipline and Compensation on the Performance of Bank
Jateng Purwokerto Employees. This type of research is quantitative. This sampling
used saturated sampling technique with criteria where all Bank Jateng
Purwokerto employees were sampled. The data collection instrument uses a
questionnaire. The sample used was 126 employees. The data analysis technique
uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data analysis uses the
R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows
that Work Motivation partially has no effect on employee performance, Work
Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a
partial effect on employee performance and Compensation has a partial effect on
employee performance. The results of the R2 determination test show that the
influence of workload, work stress, work motivation and work environment on
employee performance is 49,4%.
