The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work stress, job satisfaction, human
relations and work environment variables on the performance of Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu
General Hospital nurses. This type of research is quantitative research using a sample of 106 nurse
respondents at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The sampling technique used was a
saturated sample technique or census. The data analysis techniques used in this research are
descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear
regression analysis, model fit testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that work
stress, job satisfaction, human relations and the work environment simultaneously have a significant
effect on nurse performance. Work stress has an insignificant positive effect on nurse performance. Job
satisfaction has a significant positive effect on nurse performance. Human relations have a significant
positive effect on nurse performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on nurse
performance.
