The SIA UMP website is an academic information system that is used to carry out
academic administration, such as student registration services, filling out Study
Plan Cards, displaying Study Results Cards, displaying payment status, transcript
data and other paperwork management services. The SIA UMP website, on the
other hand, still has shortcomings that are felt by users, namely students, namely
complaining that the server often goes down when entering KRS, so students delay
several days until the server returns to normal or functioning and also complain
about problems regarding the long loading process when opening SIA. . The aim of
this research is to obtain the value or level of user satisfaction with the
Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto Academic Information System website
based on the quality of the website with Webqual 4.0. and Testing 3 (three)
variables from the Webqual 4.0 model which influence the quality of the
Purwokerto Muhammadiyah University Academic Information System website. The
method used in this research uses the WEBQUAL 4.0 method which has 3 aspects,
namely usability, information quality, service interaction quality for 100
respondents as a sample with a population of 18,024 active students. The results of
this research are that the SIA UMP website received a positive value (average value
-0.8 – 0.8) on all variables, which means the SIA UMP website is suitable for use.
