Abstract
Abata Printing Purwokerto is a digital printing company that highly values
religiosity which other companies very rarely do. The importance of integrating
aspects of religiosity with employee performance has become a major concern for
modern companies that recognize deeper values in the environment. Work. This
study discusses leadership strategies that aim to find out how to increase
religiosity and employee performance implemented by Abata Printing
Purwokerto.
This research is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive
approach referring to field research methods that aim to describe, describe, and
understand certain phenomena or events in their natural context. A qualitative
approach focuses more on an in-depth understanding of the meanings,
perspectives and experiences of individuals or groups involved in the
phenomenon.
Based on the research results, it can be seen that Abata Printing
Purwokerto always upholds religiosity in every way it runs its company. The
leader's strategy in increasing employee religiosity and performance includes
several important aspects, namely Belief, Practice, Moral, Social, Cosmology. An
example is the existence of activities to always perform congregational prayers,
the existence of studies, recitations of the Koran and so on that support
improvements in leading the company and employee religiosity.
