Abstract
This research is a case study on students of Universitas Muhammadiyah
Purwokerto. It aims to determie the effect of product quality, product design, and
service quality on customer satisfaction. The sample was selected using purposive
sampling. Based on the criteria, 116 respondents were chosen as the sample. The
data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument esting, descriptive
statictics, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, model fit test,
oand hypoe tesis testing. The analysis results show that product quality has a
significant positive effect on custoicmer saticfaction, product design has a
significant positive effect on customer saticfaction, and service quality does not
have a significant positive effect on customer saticfaction.
