Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, organizational
commitment and transformational leadership on employee performance at
Owabong Water Park Purbalingga. The population in the study were employees of
Owabong Water Park Purbalingga. The sampling technique uses saturated
samples. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a five-level
Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research
results show that simultaneously Self Efficacy, Organizational Commitment and
Transformational Leadership influence employee performance. Partially, selfefficacy
has a negative effect on employee performance, organizational
commitment and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect
on employee performance.
