Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work life balance, work environment on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap. The population in this study was 202 employees at PT BPR Gunung Slamet CIlacap. The sampling technique is a saturated sample with the entire population being sampled. Data analysis used Scructural Equation Modeling (SEM)-SmartPLS 3.0. The results of research on Path Coefficient show that Work Life Balance has a significant positive influence on employee performance, because the t statistical value obtained is 9.649 with a p-value significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a significant positive influence on employee performance, because the t-statistic value is 2,239 with a significance level of p-value 0.026 < 0.05. and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive influence on employee performance, because the t-statistic value is 3.731 with a significance level of p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediation can mediate Work Life Balance on employee performance because the t-statistic value is 2.894 with a significance level of p-value of 0.004 < 0.05. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can mediate the work environment on employee performance because the t-statistic value obtained is 2.278 with a significance level of p-value 0.023 < 0.05. It can be concluded that Work Life Balance, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB) as an Intervening Variable at PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap
