Abstract

Technology is present and has become a part of human life today. The
facilities and infrastructure supporting learning in every educational institution
continue to be developed. Uncontrolled technological advancements in the field
of education will diminish the essence of education (Agustiningsih, 2018). The
curriculum serves as the control system for the advancement of education in
different eras. Islamic Religious Education is a highly strategic subject in
shaping the character of intelligent individuals, both in terms of morals and
intellect. The purpose of this research is to understand the development of a
multidisciplinary digital-based learning strategy for Islamic Religious
Education, as well as the assessment from subject matter experts, media experts,
and language experts. Additionally, it aims to determine the feasibility of the
digital-based multidisciplinary approach to Islamic Religious Education
learning strategies.
This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) study using
qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Quantitative data
consists of questionnaire results from subject matter experts, media experts, and
language experts, which are then converted using a Likert scale with a reference
point approach. Qualitative data consists of observations, interviews,
suggestions, and comments from subject matter experts, media experts, and
language experts.
The results of research and development using the ADDIE (analysis, design,
development, implementation, evaluation) development procedure. The
analysis phase includes field studies, analyzing students' and curriculum
analysis. The design phase includes creating a framework for learning
strategies, namely examining the concept of students' presence, apperception,
core activities, and evaluation. Secondly, designing the PAI learning scenario
or teaching and learning activities with a multidisciplinary approach. Thirdly,
creating a template for learning strategy modules. In the development phase, the
strategy is applied to an interactive e-module product. The results of the material
expert evaluation in phase 1 and phase 2 obtained an average of 4.5 with an
excellent rating. The media expert obtained an average of 4.7 with an excellent
rating. The language expert obtained an average of 4.2 with an excellent rating.
Therefore, the overall average of the three experts obtained an average of 4.7
with an excellent rating. Thus, the digital-based Islamic religious education
learning strategy with a multidisciplinary approach is worth trying out.
