Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline,
organizational culture, and workload on the performance of PT. Cebong Kayuindo.
Sampling using the Slovin sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample
used was 185 employees. The analysis technique used in this study uses the
Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate
that work discipline, organizational culture, and workload simultaneously have a
significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance, and workload has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results of the adjusted
R2 coefficient of determination of 40.4%.
