KKN (Real Work Lecture) reporting application at Muhammadiyah
University Purwokerto has an important role in supporting reporting of student
KKN activities. However, there are several obstacles related to the user interface
(UI) and user experience (UX) that can affect the user's efficiency and comfort in
using this application. The old application design also still makes it difficult for
users to fill in the user's daily activity log book. This research aims to re-design the
UI/UX of the KKN reporting application to increase usability and user engagement.
This research method uses the design thinking method, namely empathize, define,
ideate, prototype, testing. With this method, a user satisfaction value of 66.825%
was obtained or it could be said to be much better than the previous application
which was only 48.725%.
