This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Sandy Nazwatex Jaya Pemalang, the sample used in this study were production employees with a total of 200 respondents using Purposive Sampling Technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. Partially, the results of this study state that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Based on the test results, the adjusted coefficient of determination R2 is 40,1%.
