This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Competence, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on the Teacher Performance of the Yayasan Dewi Masyithoh in Pemalang. The type of this research is quantitative. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method with permanent teachers at Yayasan Dewi Masyithoh Pemalang as criteria. Questionnaire is used as data collection instrument. 105 teachers were taken as the samples in this research. The data analysis technique uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The Coefficient of R2 Determination Test was used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis results show that motivation, competence, discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect teacher performance. The results of the R2 determination test show that the effect of motivation, competence, discipline, and job satisfaction on teacher performance is 95.8%.
