Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work environment,
organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture on employee
performance. The sample used in this study was 154 employees at An Ni'mah
Wangon General Hospital using accidental sampling. The analysis used is the test
and Adjusted R2 . Based on the results of the t test obtained: (a) work facilities
have a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. (b) the work
environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (c)
the behavior of organizational members has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. (d) organizational culture has a significant influence on
employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R2 coefficient of determination
test, it shows that the influence of work facilities, work environment,
organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational culture on employee
performance is 34.6%, while friendship is 65.4% influenced by other variables
outside the research.
