This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, compensation, and k3 (occupational safety and health) on employee job statisfaction of PT. Muara Kayu Sengon Jatilawang. The population of this study were production employees PT. Muara Kayu Sengon Jatilawang. The sample in this study was 133 production employees using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that work life balance, compensation, and k3 (occupational safety and health) simultaneously has effect on employee job statisfaction. Based on the t test obtained; (a) work life balance has a positive significant on employee job statisfaction. (b) compensation has a positive significant on employee job statisfaction.(c) k3 (occupational safety and health) has a positive significant on customer statisfaction. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows that influence of work life balance, compensation, and k3 (occupational safety and health) on employee job statisfaction is 63,2%, while the remanin 36,8% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
