Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of salary satisfaction,
organizational commitment, and supervisor support on turnover intention among
PT. Three Mighty Eternal Sons of Purbalingga. This research uses quantitative
research. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. This
research used a questionnaire of 200 respondents. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression tests and coefficient of determination tests. From the results of
this study it shows that salary satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover
Intention and Organizational Commitment, Supervisor Support has a positive and
significant effect on Turnover Intention
