The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction,
work discipline, work motivation and work environment towards officer village
performance. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive
sampling. Based on the criteria, there were 120 respondents who became the
sample. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test,
descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and
hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, work
discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence on
officer village performance, then job satisfaction have a positive effect and
significant on officer village performance, work discipline have positive effect and
significant on officer village performance, while work motivation doesn’t have
influence on officer village performance and work environment doesn’t have
influence on officer village performance.
