This study aims to find out, test and analyze the effect of communication, work
ethic on the performance of Slawi District Court employees. The population in this study
were Slawi District Court employees. The sample technique used in study was 103
employees using the orange sample technique. The analysis used is the Validity Test,
Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression
Test (R2), Simultaneous Test (F test), Partial Test (t test).
The result of this study based on the F test stated that communication, work ability,
work motivation and work affected the performance of Slawi District Court employees.
Based on the t test obtained : (a) Employee communication has a significant offect on
employee performance. (b) Employee work ability has a significant effect on employee
performance. (c) Work motivation has significant effect on employee performance. (d)
work ethic has a significant offect on employee performance. Based on the adjusted R2
coefficient determinant the influence of communication, work ability, work motivation,
and work ethic on employee performance is 49.8% and the remaining 51.2% is
influenced by other factors not examined.
