This research is entitled Symptoms of Indonesian Language in Pronunciation of Foreign Speaker Students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto which aims to describe the pronunciation included in any language symptoms experienced by foreign-speaking students at the university. The approach used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The data used in the study were in the form of utterances used by foreign-speaking students, while the data source was used by foreign-speaking students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The data provision stage used in this study uses (1) the data provision stage, (2) the data analysis stage, (3) the data results presentation stage, (4) the discussion stage, and (5) the conclusion stage. At the stage of providing data in this study using recording techniques, observation non-participatory, recording, and noting techniques. The results of the study showed that the language symptoms found in foreign-speaking students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto were: (1) variant language symptoms (2) addition language symptoms (3) reduction language symptoms (4) metathesis language symptoms (5) monophthongization language symptoms (6) anapticist language symptoms (7) a combination of language symptoms
